Homophobe Isaiah Washington was all smiles as he went to a lunch meeting in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

In an attempt to "soften up" his image, the Grey's Anatomy star recently made a donation in the amount of $25,000 to help fund a project about Sierra Leone.

We would have thought he'd give money to the Ant-defamation League!
